Qigong & Neidan Practices

Qigong and Neidan (Skill with Qi and Inner Work) are names for the practices I share.  They encompass cultivation practices that clear, vitalize and refine the Physical Body, the Qi Body, the Mental-Emotional Body and the Shen (Spirit Body).  They are deeply different in approach and method than western practices. They not only set forth what physical, emotional and spiritual strength and balance are, they offer beautiful methods for getting there.  For more information:

Inner Alchemy is rather wonderful name given to the deeper Tao meditation practices that–on an energetic level– transform your body, mind and spirit.  They have been practiced in one form or another for centuries and until recently were kept secret.  For more on these practices:

UHT is a organization that supports the teaching of the traditional Taoist practices brought to the U.S. and eventually worldwide by Mantak Chia.  Mantak Chia took what he learned at White Cloud monastery and elsewhere in China and Hong Kong and organized it into an elegant and accessible system that preserves the power and connection to the original lineage. If you discover the practices you learn resonate deeply with you, you might find yourself wanting to teach them.  Not only is this a way to be of service to many others, it is a way to deepen your own practice.  The process takes a bit of time and commitment, but it’s well worth it.  To learn more about becoming an instructor:
