I am thrilled that you have decided to step in — and learn this practice so dear to my heart… A practice that offers deep connection and transformation… A practice that has been handed down through generations of women over many centuries… it connects us backward in time… and across the planet through us — contemporary women practitioners — and will connect us to the young women who will take it up in time.
