EFT Group Practice

As we are hearing from many places, “these times are difficult and chaotic.” However the next weeks and years unfold, it is essential to care for ourselves. Even better to do it with others.
EFT is one of the most effective ways to settle anxious stress and even uncover and release views and beliefs that hinder us. The great thing about doing it on zoom is we practice together, but individuals can maintain their privacy if they prefer.

EFT is a western application of Chinese Medicine’s meridian energy work. It works by tapping on specific points along your meridians while using words and phrases that trigger and release pains, old patterns and limiting beliefs. It can work very quickly and the shifts are surprisingly long-lived.
EFT can be done one-to-one with a certified practitioner, or done in groups. It works just as well on zoom as it does in person. I’m offering this twice monthly group free of charge, but registration is required. The day of our meeting, I will send you a “map” of the points we use as well as a brief description of the process and an invitation to think about what you’d like to “tap on.” This way, we won’t need to spend part of every meeting on these instructions and you will have some focus so you can get the most out of the gathering.
