Learn, Clear & Cultivate — One-to-One
Working one-to-one offers a different kind of space to learn, grow, receive support, and go deeper.
I work with people on Zoom from anywhere, or in person in Brooklyn, drawing from the many Taoist practices and healing modalities I’ve studied and practiced over the years.
Learn
Private Qigong, Neidan & Taichi training
Whether you’re new to these practices or have been practicing for years, one-to-one instruction allows us to focus on what calls to you most. We can take the time to refine your practice, work with your particular body and needs, and explore practices that might not fit easily into a group class.
Clear
EFT Tapping, Medical Qigong & Heart-Centered Coaching
Sometimes we know what we want to change, but something keeps getting in the way. Together we can work with stubborn physical, energetic or emotional patterns—using tapping, hands-on Medical Qigong, coaching, and Taoist approaches to help clear what is ready to move.
Cultivate
Ancestral Lineage Healing
Some patterns feel older than we are. Ancestral Lineage Healing works with what has been carried through our families and lineages, helping to loosen intergenerational patterns and change our relationship to the past and the way we move through the present.
You Lead the Way
There is no single formula for this work.
You bring your questions, your curiosity, your challenges, or simply a sense that something wants to change. We collaborate to find what is most useful to you, drawing from my experience with Taoist practice, energetics, movement, ritual and animist ways of working.
Sometimes that means learning a practice. Sometimes it means working with something that has been stuck for a long time. Sometimes the two belong together.
The work is shaped around you and where you are now.
Curious?
Set up a short phone call with me. We can talk about what you’re looking for, what’s going on, and whether working together makes sense.
And if we already know each other, you’re welcome to use the call simply to check in or reconnect.
